You’ll notice that I get blown away by an Acura (Honda to the rest of the world) here. There’s no camera trick here-- I’m going pretty slowly.
After Bergwerk (mine, as in where you dig for ore) is essentially a long, up-hill straightaway. There’s a theory that the corner before the longest straightaway is the most important corner. If that were true, then Bergwerk would be that corner.
[9:58:42 - turn in] As with many of the corners in many of the race tracks around the world, Bergwerk is a (very) late apex corner [9:58:46 - apex]. Turn in a few yards past the cobblestone curbing on your left. A cool picture of the track out of the apex can be found here.
Drive uphill for quite a while. There’s actually a line through here, but you can probably manage. Also, lots of horsepower would be good here. At the top of the hill is a left-hander. Hug the cobblestone curbing on your right until they end [9:59:49 - turn in], turn left, and DON’T LIFT, or else you may look like this.
Follow this for a bit, and get to the left before Klostertal. Use the telephone pole by the apex of this right-hander for reference. This will set you up going into the Karussell (Carousel).
