So what’s the proper line around Karussell? You’re looking at it. If you look straight above the first car, you’ll see a tall, scrawny-looking pine tree in the distance. That’s what you’re aiming for as you are headed towards Karussell.
... the more you’re slip-sliding away. This is a view of Karussell from inside a Porsche 996 (with Cargirl driving). Sorry about the wiper-- it was raining heavily at the time. Note the angle of the trees.
By the way, this didn’t happen on this particular drive, but if you ever pop out of the Karussell after you go down into it, it’s usually a very bad thing. Please don’t that.

As a bonus shot, here is the exit from Bergwerk. Ignore the fact that we’ve effectively blocked any emergency vehicle that may be coming along. What’s more important is the view. Typically, you don’t notice the view because you’re trying to see where your next turn in is, but it is very scenic around the track. |
