What’s everybody doing here? We’re posing for a group shot, and waiting for our turn for the graded lap -- the motorcycles (and Ecomobiles) are ahead of us. Some of us are also trying to figure out how hard it will be raining during our laps. (I’m in here somewhere -- really.)
There were quite a number of Alpinas at the school (well, maybe half
a dozen). Here's one also lining up for the start. I can't remember
which version this is (B9, B10, B-12 -- I dunno).
This one was an 850 with pretty big Alpina wheels. I can’t remember
if this is the one that had the 20" Alpina wheels.
Someone did tell me this was souped up quite a bit. I can’t remember the bhp numbers he gave me -- it’s all academic anyways. This is still a heavy car.
