Sometimes I think that Bugatti has made more concept cars than it produced right before it was purchased by the VW Group. So what's so cool about this car? Well, the hand-carved tires have a unique design which includes the initials "EB."

This was another popular concept car at the VW area. My guess is this will be a production vehice in the near future for VW.
